Name | Conveyor |
---|---|
Research required | None - Engines needed to upgrade. |
Price | $10 |
Running cost | $0/tick |
Size | 1 x 1 |
Function[]
Transports items from one component to another. Can take in 1 item/tick.
Note: Even with upgrades, conveyors still move 1 item/tick. That is because each "item" (icon) in conveyor actually represents a "package" of the items. For example, 2 iron ore are moved by one iron ore "item" (icon) at Package size Upgrade level 1.
Upgrades[]
Package size
All components output -% more resources into a single package.
Makes conveyors much more effective, as they transport more resources.
Note: This upgrade is unlocked after Engine components research.
Level | Cost | Items per package | Relative effect | Total multiplier |
---|---|---|---|---|
0 | - | 1 | - | x1 |
1 | $1 trillion | 2 | +100% | x2 |
2 | $100 trillion | 3 | +50% | x3 |
3 (Maxed) |
$10 quadrillion | 4 | +33.33% | x4 |
Types of Conveyors[]
- One-sided conveyor: It can only go one way
- Turn conveyor: Turns the direction of the conveyor
- Corner conveyor: Forms when 2 conveyors of different directions collide, only can transport items to the corner (haves variations if more conveyors of other sides collide)
- Question conveyor: It is formed when 2 conveyors leave another conveyor that has no direction / does not produce items
Fusion conveyors:[]
- 2-way conveyor: It is formed when a conveyor bifurcates from the original conveyor
- 3-way conveyor: When 2 diferent conveyors join or 1 conveyor bifurcates into 2
- 4-way conveyor: Is formed when 2 of one go merge with 2 of opposite side
